I am a knitter.

I blog a lot about knitting on my other blog, but that's just got to stop.  So I've opened this fancy schmancy new blog to showcase my knitting adventures.  Though the knitting may not take up much of my actual time as of late, it certainly has a strong hold on most of my thoughts.  See, I haven't yet mastered the art of knitting while nursing a newborn and a taming a three-year-old.  I probably have sixteen hundred works-in-progress, four hundred pounds of yarn for no particular project, and scads of patterns for things I'd like to knit.

So I am a knitter.  But what I really want to be is a great knitter.
